Plenary STIMM-2 morning sessions will be organized on Wednesday, June 13,
and Friday, June 15. The time for plenary talks will be 45 minutes,
including 15 minutes for discussions. The plenary morning session on
Thursday, June 14, is reserved for the students of the COSPAR Capacity
Building Workshop, STIINTE, who will present their project work.
Splinter sessions will be organized on the afternoons of June 13 and 15.
In principle, the splinter talks are scheduled for 30 minutes each,
including discussions, but each splinter will be free to adjust the talk
to discussion ratio.
For the afternoon of June 14 we plan an excursion to one of the many local
attractions, to be continued in the evening with the workshop dinner.
A detailed draft of the scientific program, including the schedule of the
presentations, will be made available on the workshop web site beginning
of next week. The abstracts submitted so far (a few are still to come) can
be found online.
Both video and overhead projectors will be available for presentations.
The local voltage is 220 V / 50 Hz. An Internet connection will be freely
available in the conference room, as well as wireless access.
