| Because of the STIINTE Workshop, the number of rooms available for guests attending only STIMM-2 will be limited to about 25-30. STIMM-2 participants will be accommodated according to the registration order. Deadline for registration is April 15, 2007. Late registration will be possible, provided that rooms are still available. Cancellations should be avoided after April 30, 2007, because of the fee to be charged by the hotel. |

| Accommodation and Board |

| Rooms are available at special rates offered by hotel Cota 1400 for the participants at STIMM-2: 130 RON/day (about 35 EUR) single, 170 RON/day (about 50 EUR) double, breakfast included. Lunch is covered by the conference fee, but dinner is left open (the hotel charges 10 EUR).

| Fees |
|
| A 100 EUR or 350 RON conference fee will be paid upon arrival at the registration desk. The fee covers the welcome coktail, excursion / cultural event plus official dinner, three lunches (Wednesday to Friday), coffee breaks, transport inside Romania, and workshop material (abstracts booklet, etc.)
