Workshop venue
The workshop will be hosted by Ana Hotels - Poiana Brasov (Hotel Poiana
and Hotel Bradul - accomodation; Hotel Sport - conference rooms). A block of 45 rooms, 'standard' and 'deluxe', are available for booking at
discounted rates, until April 15, 2010. 'Deluxe' rooms are a bit larger and have a balcony.
Some of the 'standard' rooms have balcony as well. Breakfast and wireless Internet access are
included for all rooms. The lunch will be served at Hotel Poiana.
Rates:
Single standard / deluxe room: 40 / 55 EUR
Double standard / deluxe room: 50 / 65 EUR

A credit card guarantee is required. If this is not possible, please contact the OC.
Cancellation is accepted at no penalty 5 days before the arrival, otherwise the first night
will be charged.
