3. Accommodation, board, travel, financial support
The accommodation in shared double rooms is 25 Euro per day, breakfast included. Lunch plus dinner add 20 Euro per day. Students from countries outside the Central and Eastern Europe should be prepared to support a siginficant part of their expenses. All the applicants are encouraged to look for alternative funding sources, in particular faculty / institute staff members. Will you be able to cover some of your expenses?

Please note that under COSPAR's rules travel grants cannot be paid before you have arrived at the workshop. Generally speaking, Institutes/Universities are willing to cover travel costs for this kind of purpose until a grant is paid. If you elect to have the grant paid by electronic transfer, this can usually be done within the duration of the workshop, whilst a cheque will be mailed from Paris.
